课程简介:

抽样技术是一个很有特色的统计学分支,主要研究如何从调查总体中抽出一个有代表性的样本,然后对总体未知特征进行科学的抽样估计。在理论知识方面,主要学习一些常用的抽样设计方法,如简单随机抽样、分层抽样、整群抽样、等距抽样、多阶抽样等;在估计方法方面,主要学习简单估计、比率估计、回归估计等方法;同时,抽样技术也是一门应用性很强的课程,在教学上还应引导学生将上述理论知识灵活应用到实际的抽样调查设计中,根据实际调查情况和辅助信息设计出科学、可行的抽样方案。

 

课程目标:

通过本课程的教学,使学生掌握抽样调查的基本原理、抽样的基本技术以及估计的基本方法,并能够独立设计一套抽样调查方案的应用能力。

 

考核方式:

平时成绩(考勤、作业、分组讨论等)30%,考试成绩70%

Sampling Techniques

Module Description:

Sampling Technique is a very unique statistical branch, which is mainly about how to extract a representative sample from the survey population, and then estimate the unknown features about the population scientifically. In the aspect of theory knowledge, Sampling Technique provides some sampling design methods used commonly, such as simple random sampling, stratified sampling, cluster sampling, systematic sampling, multistage sampling; In the aspect of estimation methods, this course talks about simple estimation, ratio estimation and regression estimation method; At the same time, sampling technique is a course on its strong characteristic of practicality and applicability, we should also guide the students to use the theory knowledge flexibly into practical survey designand design scientific and feasible sampling schemes, on the base of the actual surveys and the auxiliary information design.

 

Learning Outcome and Objectives:

After completing this course, if the students have attended class regularly, read the assigned material, and applied the teaching presented in the course, they will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the basic principles and the basic techniques of survey sampling, as well as the basic method of estimation. Students will obtain the ability to design a set of sampling survey scheme independently.
