Chris Good——暨南大学伯明翰大学联合学院外方院长

克里斯·古德（Chris Good）教授，牛津大学数学博士。1995年加入伯明翰大学，现任伯明翰大学数学学院副院长、教授、研究生导师，英国高等教育学会（HEA）高级研究员、英国数学及其应用研究所（IMA）研究员。

克里斯·古德教授在一般拓扑学、集合论拓扑学、拓扑动力学和数学教育方面著有50多篇研究论文，曾在伯明翰大学、牛津大学和剑桥大学组织多次学术会议，经常与世界各地知名数学家开展合作交流。在伯明翰大学拥有20余年的教学经验，被授予院长卓越教学奖。

Chris Good, Professor of Mathematics at the University of Birmingham, Deputy Head of School. He is the author of over 50 research articles in general topology, set-theoretic topology, topological dynamics and mathematical education. He regularly collaborates with mathematicians around the world, including colleagues from Mexico, New Zealand, Poland and the US, as well as from Oxford, and has organised conferences in Birmingham, Oxford and Cambridge.

Chris is a Fellow of the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications and Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He has over 20 year’s service as an academic in the School of Mathematics and was awarded the first Head of School’s Excellence in Teaching Award.
