关于寒假期间学生不得提前返校的通知
各学院、各研究生培养单位，全体本科生、研究生、成教学生、预科生：
目前广东省已启动突发公共卫生事件一级响应机制，把疫情防控作为当前压倒一切的重要政治任务。做好疫情防控工作，不仅关乎您和身边每一个人的生命安全和身体健康，也是每一位公民应承担的法律责任和义务。
按照有关精神和要求，为积极做好新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的防控，尽可能减少近期人员流动，最大限度阻断疫情传播扩散，经学校研究决定，现就寒假返校工作通知如下：
一、请全体学生严格按照校历安排，在2月16日前不得提前返校，具体可返校时间另行通知。
二、任何单位和个人不得批准学生提前返校。如有特殊急需情况，需由学生本人申请、学院领导严格审核，并报学校防控疫情领导小组批准后，方可安排返校事宜。
感谢广大师生对疫情防控工作的理解支持和配合参与。

关于疫情防控期间加强入校管理的通知
校内师生员工、住户：
为做好新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控工作，根据广东省教育厅相关工作要求和加强疫情防控工作实际情况，经学校研究决定，从即日起各校门将实施出入管制，具体措施如下：
一、暂停受理因私入校车辆预约，因公入校车辆仅受理来函预约。
二、各校门关闭车辆自动识别功能，校内车辆通过人工识别车辆出入证准许入校，请各位车主自觉将车辆出入证摆放前挡风玻璃处。
三、出租车、网约车等如需进校，需出示校内师生有效证件，无法提供证件的车辆和空车禁止入校。
四、暂停一切校园活动，谢绝一切参观校园的校外人员，各校门实行入校人员证件检查制度。
校内师生员工进入校园时请主动出示校园卡或学生证；视工作需要，将适时实行非本校人员（教职工家属、校内住户）凭通行证进校制度，请留意相关通知发布。
教职工、住户如果有亲朋好友来访需要入校，请自行到门口迎接并配合做好相应登记。
五、所有入校人员均需经过体温检测，入校车辆车上乘客请配合下车检测体温，来访人员如有明显发热等疑似疫情症状，将谢绝其进入学校，若发现校内师生有发热症状将登记并通报校内相关单位。
六、建议广大师生员工、住户关注食品安全，尽量减少外卖订餐，如无特殊需要，近期不要接待人员来访。
请各位师生员工、住户积极配合做好我校疫情防控工作，共同维护校园安全。

图书馆闭馆通知
各位读者：
根据上级部门及学校对防范新型冠状病毒肺炎的要求，切实保障广大读者的健康安全，经研究决定，寒假期间各校区图书馆的全面闭馆日期延长，具体开馆日期请留意相关通知和公告。

广东教育系统疫情防控八条
一、加强卫生健康教育，学会疫情防控方法。
二、加强留校学生教育管理，防范疫情发生。
三、停止校内外培训、研讨、研学等聚集性教育教学活动。
四、摸清疫情防控重点地区师生情况，提醒疫情防控重点地区师生不提前返校。
五、提醒到过疫情防控重点地区师生居家隔离观察14天。
六、提醒接触过疫情防控重点地区高危人员的师生居家隔离观察14天。
七、做好延迟开学准备工作。
八、制订学生分期分批返校、校内隔离观察等工作预案。

NOTICE
To prevent and control Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV), the following information is hereby notified:
1. All students are requested to strictly follow the University calendar. Students are not allowed to return to University before February 16th. The exact date for returning to University will be notified later.
2. No organization or individual may approve students to return to University in advance. In case of emergency, students should make an application to college’s administrations, who will strictly review and submit the application to University's Epidemic Prevention and Control Leading Group. With approval from the leading group, the student could prepare for returning to University in advance.
3. Vehicle entrance reservations are temporarily suspended for those with private reasons. Reservations will only be applicable to those with official responsibilities and notification letter.
4. The automatic vehicle identification system at University’s gates will be suspended. Vehicles registered at University are allowed to enter through the manual inspection on vehicles’ identification card. Please put the vehicle identification card on the front windshield.
5. For taxis and online hailed car to enter University, teacher and student’s valid campus ID cards are required. Vehicles without ID cards or passengers are prohibited from entering the University.
6. All campus activities shall be suspended and visitors who do campus sightseeing shall be declined. Certificate inspection for entrance shall be implemented at the gates of University.
7. Everyone who enters the University shall undergo temperature testing. If visitors have obvious fever and other suspected epidemic symptoms, they will be refused to enter. If teachers and students have fever or suspected symptoms, they will be registered and reported to the relevant departments in the University.
8. During the winter vacation, the closing period of each campus library is extended. Please pay attention to the relevant notice and announcement for the specific opening date.
Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Advice
1. Strengthen health education and learn measures to prevent and control outbreaks of epidemic.
2. Strengthen the education and management of students who stay in University to prevent the outbreak in campus.
3. Stop gathering and teaching activities such as in-campus and off-campus training, seminars, and research activities.
4. Keep in touch with teachers and students in core areas of epidemic prevention and control, and ensure these teachers and students do not to return to University in advance.
5. Remind teachers and students in core areas of epidemic prevention and control to stay in isolation for 14 days.
6. Remind teachers and students who have been in contact with highly risky people in core areas of epidemic prevention and control to stay in isolation for 14 days.
7. Prepare for the delayed starting date of University.
8. Draw up plans for students to return to University in separate batches and plans for in-campus isolation and observations for infected and risky people.
