暨南大学关于2020年春季延期开学的通知

根据《教育部关于2020年春季学期延期开学的通知》《广东省人民政府关于企业复工和学校开学时间的通知》中关于大专院校2月24日前不开学的要求，为有效防控新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情传播，学校研究决定：推迟2020年春季学期开学时间，具体开学时间和后续工作安排另行通知。所有学生不得提前返校，个别特殊急需情况需报学校防控疫情领导小组审批后再安排行程。

学校心系全体师生，请大家自觉做好疫情防控工作，主动配合学校做好有关信息的报送工作；未在校的师生，请主动按照所在地政府防控工作部署，做好自我防护、配合防控工作；在校的师生，请严格遵守学校防控管理要求，尽量不要出校，注意个人卫生。

请各学院、各研究生培养单位，将通知告知每位师生，保持与同学们的联系沟通、加强提醒引导和关心关爱，对期间同学们的学业科研作出合理安排、提供必要指导。

NOTICE

In accordance with the requirements of PRC’s Ministry of Education and Guangdong Provincial Government, colleges and universities could not start the semester before February 24th. In order to effectively prevent and control Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV), Jinan University has decided to delay the start of the spring semester of 2020. The specific resumption date and further related arrangements will be notified later.

All students are not allowed to return to University in advance. In case of emergency, please report to University's Epidemic Prevention and Control Leading Group before arranging the trip.

Faculty and students please pay attention to your personal hygiene and take the initiative to submit relevant information to University. If you are outside campus, please take care of your safety and cooperate with local governments. If you stay in campus, please follow University’s relevant suggestions.
