关于疫情防控期间加强职工返校管理的通知
学院各位教职工:
为加强校园防控,严防疫情输入,更好地为学生返校做好准备,根据学校人力资源开发与管理处的通知,现对暨南大学伯明翰大学联合学院教职工返校工作通知如下:
1.有序推进到岗办公。自3月30日起,学院的行政管理人员按照最新的轮岗安排(详见附件)到岗上班,并严格做好防护措施。
2.外地(非境外湖北地区)返粤教职工请自觉居家健康观察14天。教职工由外地(非境外湖北地区)返回校区所在地的,14天内除上下班外不得外出,不得组织、参与聚餐、聚会。
3. 疫情防控期间教职工不出差不出访。疫情防控期间教职工不出差、不探亲访友,因特殊原因需离开本地,到省内地区的,需报学院审批获得批准后方可;到省外地区的,学院审批后由学院汇总再报学校防控工作小组审批获得批准后方可。疫情防控期间停止境外出访。
请有特殊原因需要离开本地的教职工将出行计划通过邮件报李琼书记(temma@jnu.edu.cn)审批,同时抄送oiec@jnu.edu.cn。
4.教职工发热咳嗽应及时就诊并如实上报。教职工如出现发热、咳嗽等症状的,应及时做好防护措施就近到发热门诊就诊,遵医嘱休息,并在填写当日健康打卡时如实上报,切勿瞒报迟报。

5.国外教职工一律暂不回来。请各位身处国外的教职工务必做好个人防护,关注中国驻当地使领馆的通知和防护指引。待学校明确返校日期后,再安排返程事宜。

Notice on the management of faculty and staff’s return to campus
in the epidemic prevention and control period
Dear J-BJI faculty and staff:
To prevent the spread of Covid-19 in campus and prepare for the return of students to school, the following notice is formulated by the Joint Institute in accordance with the requirements of HR department.
1. Properly arrange staff to work in the office. From March 30, J-BJI administrative staff will follow a new schedule (see appendix) to work in the office, and strict measures are taken to protect their health.
2. Faculty and staff who return to Guangdong from areas excluding Hubei province and overseas should observe their health at home for 14 days. Faculty and staff who return to the campus from areas excluding Hubei province and overseas shall not go out except for work within 14 days, and shall not organize or participate in gatherings or parties.
3. During the epidemic prevention and control period, faculty and staff shall not travel in China or have overseas visit. During this period, faculty and staff shall not travel or visit relatives and friends. For special reasons, those who need to leave GZ to places within Guangdong province need to apply to J-BJI for approval before departure. Those who need to go to other provinces or regions need to apply to J-BJI, who will report to University Working Group in Epidemic Prevention and Control for approval. During the epidemic prevention and control period, overseas visit shall be suspended.
For special reasons, faculty and staff who need to leave Guangzhou shall send the travel plan to Chair Li Qiong (temma@jnu.edu.cn) for approval, and CC the email to oiec@jnu.edu.cn
4. Faculty and staff who have symptoms such as fever or cough need to go to hospital and truthfully report their conditions. Those who have such symptoms should take measures to protect themselves first, go the nearest fever clinic in time, and follow the doctor's advice to have enough rest. They should report their conditions truthfully in the daily online health report and shall not provide wrong information.

5. Faculty and staff at abroad temporarily shall not return mainland China. All faculty and staff at abroad should take care of their health and safety, and follow the notices and guidelines from Chinese embassies and consulates. Please arrange you return trip after JNU confirms the date to resume classroom teaching,
