关于2020年五一节放假的通知
暨伯学院全体师生：
根据《国务院办公厅关于2020年部分节假日安排的通知》（国办发明电〔2019〕16号）和《暨南大学党政办公室关于2020年“五一”国际劳动节放假的通知》精神，结合我院具体情况，现将2020年五一节放假安排通知如下：
一、时间安排
2020年5月1日至5日放假调休，共5天。4月26日（星期日）、5月9日（星期六）上班。
二、教学安排
4月26日（星期日）安排5月4日（星期一），5月9日（星期六）安排5月5日（星期二）的课。
三、注意事项
1. 请广大师生节假日期间自觉遵守上级部门和学院关于疫情防控相关管理规定，注意安全防护，在假期间按要求继续做好每日健康打卡工作。
2. 疫情防控期间教职工不出差、不探亲访友，因特殊原因需离开本地，到省内地区的，需报学院审批获得批准后方可；到省外地区的，学院审批后由学院汇总再报学校防控工作小组审批获得批准后方可。疫情防控期间停止境外出访。目前仍在境外的教师暂不返校。
请有特殊原因需要离开本地的教职工请填写《暨南大学教职工疫情防控期间出访省外申请表》，将申请表和出行计划通过邮件报李琼书记(temma@jnu.edu.cn)审批，同时抄送oiec@jnu.edu.cn。

Notice on International Worker’s Day
To celebrate International Worker’s Day, holiday at J-BJI will start from May 1st to May 5th. Students will have make-up classes on April 26th and May 9th following May 4th (Monday) and May 5th (Tuesday) timetable respectively.
Please follow the related laws and regulations on the coronavirus control and prevention, take proper personal protection and report your daily health condition online in time.
During the epidemic prevention and control period, faculty and staff shall not travel in China or have overseas visit. During this period, faculty and staff shall not travel or visit relatives and friends. For special reasons, those who need to leave GZ to places within Guangdong province need to apply to J-BJI for approval before departure. Those who need to go to other provinces or regions need to apply to J-BJI, who will report to University Working Group in Epidemic Prevention and Control for approval. During the epidemic prevention and control period, overseas visit shall be suspended. Faculty who are at abroad currently shall not return back.
For special reasons, faculty and staff who need to leave Guangzhou shall send the travel plan to Chair Li Qiong (temma@jnu.edu.cn) for approval, and CC the email to oiec@jnu.edu.cn
