学院各位教职工:
根据学校防疫工作安排,现对暨南大学伯明翰大学联合学院教职工出行的审批流程调整如下:
1、教职工前往疫情中高风险地区、湖北省的,经院长、书记审批同意后,由学院统一报学校防控工作小组审批。教职工返回后,应进行核酸检测,检测结果为阴性的方可进入办公场所。
2、教职工前往国内其他地区的,由学院严格审批,经院长、书记均批准后可出行。
3、请需要出行的同事填写《暨伯学院教职工疫情防控期间出行申请表》(详见附件),填写表格前请扫描二维码(详见附件)确认拟出行地区的风险等级,填写表格后将电子版发送至邮箱: twangcc@jnu.edu.cn(王院长)和temma@jnu.edu.cn(李书记),并同时抄送oiec@jnu.edu.cn(黄碧莹),纸质版经院长、书记审批同意后交给黄碧莹。
4、结束行程返校后请提交手机漫游轨迹证明电子版及纸质版,电子版发送至oiec@jnu.edu.cn(黄碧莹),纸质版需本人签名确认。(手机漫游轨迹证明的获得方式:编辑短信“CXMYD#身份证号码后4位”,电信用户发送至10001,联通用户发送至10010,移动用户发送至10086。) 前往疫情中高风险地区、湖北省的同事请同时提交核酸检测结果。
5、疫情防控期间,请各位教职工暂停出省旅行,严格控制不必要的出差,严格执行教职工考勤和请假审批制度。

Notice on the adjustment of travel application procedure for faculty and staff
Dear J-BJI faculty and staff:
According to JNU arrangement for epidemic prevention, the travel application procedure at J-BJI has been adjusted as follows:
1. faculty and staff who will travel to medium and high risk areas of epidemic and Hubei Province shall submit their application to Dean and Chair for approval and the application will then be submitted by J-BJI to University Working Group in Epidemic Prevention and Control for approval. After returning back to GZ, the applicants shall take nucleic acid test. Those with negative test results can enter the office.
2. Faculty and staff who will travel to other regions in China shall submit their application to J-BJI and shall receive approval from Dean and Chair before departure.
3. Faculty and staff who need to travel shall fill in Application Form for Faculty to Travel in Covid-19 Period (see appendix), and scan QR code(see appendix) before filling the form to check the risk level of the planned travel destination. Please send the filled electronic form to twangcc@jnu.edu.cn (Dean Wang) and temma@jnu.edu.cn (Chair Li Qiong) and CC the email to oiec@jnu.edu.cn (Ms. Huang Biying). The hardcopy of the application form shall be sent to Ms. Huang Biying after receiving approval from Dean and Chair.
4. After return back, please submit the electronic version and hardcopy of proof of mobile roaming track, and send the electronic version to oiec@jnu.edu.cn (Ms.Huang Biying). The hardcopy needs to be signed by the applicant. (To obtain proof of mobile roaming track: send a message CXMYD# the last 4 digits of ID card number, to 10001 for China Telecom users, 10010 for China Unicom users and 10086 for China Mobile users.)Faculty and staff who travel to medium and high risk areas of epidemic and Hubei Province should also submit their nucleic acid test results.
5. During the epidemic prevention and control period, faculty and staff shall suspend sightseeing trips outside GD province and restrict unnecessary business trips. The attendance check and leave application procedure shall be strictly implemented.
