关于做好2020年暑期工作的通知

 

学院全体师生:

根据学校2020年暑期工作的要求,为切实做好学院暑期各项工作,确保学院师生安全,现将学院2020年暑期有关工作安排通知如下:

一、放假时间

(一)学生、教职工:学生暑期时间为720日~97日,98日开始上课。教职工暑期时间为720日~96日,97日开始上班。

(二)暑期人员值班时间:上午9:0011:30,下午15:0017:00,学院暑期值班安排见附件1

二、学院假期工作安排及其注意事项

(一)严格执行学校暑期校园疫情防控相关要求

学院全体师生要始终绷紧疫情防控这根弦,坚决克服麻痹思想、厌战情绪、侥幸心理、松劲心态,持续巩固防控工作成效,抓好常态化疫情防控,要按照广东省和属地常态化疫情防控相关要求及学校常态化疫情防控工作指引,妥善安排好暑期工作、学习和生活。

校区暑期实行封闭式管理,学院师生应严格执行教育部五个一律要求,严格执行日报告”“零报告制度。暑期到校工作的教职工尽量实行两点一线上下班模式,确需离开学校办学所在地的,须按要求报批。

(二)做好暑期自我防护工作

1. 妥善安排好暑期学习和生活。全体学生暑假期间应严格执行学校暑期居家疫情防控要求,坚持每日健康打卡妥善安排好暑期学习和生活。

暑期学生社会实践活动采取线上为主、线上加线下方式就近开展,活动地点以省内为主,严控省外。要持续开展爱国卫生运动,营造良好的卫生环境。

2. 严格落实居家疫情防控要求。居家师生要做好个人防护和安全防范,减少不必要外出,原则上不前往国外和国内中高风险地区、不跨省域长途旅行,确需离开居住地的,须按照学院的规定报批。

(三)值班要求

学院教职工要高度重视暑期值班工作,严格落实值班制度,值班人员务必坚守岗位,尽职尽责,及时处理各项事务并做好值班工作记录,如遇紧急、重大情况,应按照程序及时处置上报。未经值班领导同意不允许更换值班人员。

加强暑假应急值班值守,学院每天(含周末)必须有1名党政负责同志在岗带班,学院院长、书记不能同时外出,处级干部外出必须报分管、联系校领导审批,严格执行专人在岗值班和领导带班制度。

三、假期出行报备程序

学院师生暑假期间减少不必要外出,原则上不跨省长途旅行。如确需离开居住地的,需经审批同意后方可出行。

(一)学生暑期出行审批程序

学生确需离开居住地的,要向学院报告;若确有需要前往境外或境内中高风险地区的,学生须提前申请报送学院,学院研判后报送学生处和学校防控办审批通过方可出行。请联系各年级辅导员了解审批程序。

(二)学院教职工暑期出行审批程序

1. 目前在境外教职工按照国家出入境和学校相关政策管理。

2. 境内教职工如前往国外和国内中高风险地区的,经院长、书记审批同意后,由学院统一报学校人力资源开发与管理处和学校防控新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情工作小组批准。教职工返回后,应进行核酸检测,检测结果为阴性的方可进入办公场所。

3. 境内教职工前往国内其他地区的,由学院严格审批,经院长、书记均批准后可出行。

4. 处级干部外出必须报分管、联系校领导审批通过后方可出行

5. 请需要出行的教职工填写扫描二维码 (详见附件2)确认拟出行地区的风险等级,然后通过OA系统中《暨南大学伯明翰大学联合学院教职工疫情防控期间外出申请表》进行申请。前往国外和国内中高风险地区的教职工需同时在OA以附件形式提交《暨伯学院教职工疫情防控期间出行申请表》(详见附件3)

6.结束行程返校后请提交手机漫游轨迹证明电子版及纸质版,电子版发送至oiec@jnu.edu.cn (黄碧莹),纸质版需本人签名确认。(手机漫游轨迹证明的获得方式:编辑短信“CXMYD#身份证号码后4,电信用户发送至10001,联通用户发送至10010,移动用户发送至10086)。前往国外和国内中高风险地区的教职工请同时提交核酸检测结果。

四、学院假期联系方式

假期期间学院师生如需学院提供协助,可联系学院综合管理办公室工作人员。

Notice on the arrangement of 2020 summer vacation

 

Dear J-BJI faculty and students:

According to JNU requirements for the arrangements of 2020 summer vacation, J-BJI has made the following notice to arrange the work in summer vacation and to ensure the safety of faculty and students.

I. Duration of vacation

(1) Students’ vacation begins from July 20th to September 7th. Students will have classes from September 8th.

Faculty’s vacation begins from July 20th to September 6th. Faculty will start to work from September 7th.

 (2) Office hours for staff on duty during summer vacation:

9:00-11:30 am, 15:00-17:00 pm.

See appendix 1 for the duty schedule.

II. J-BJI work arrangements in vacation and requirements

 (1)Strictly follow JNU requirements for epidemic prevention and control in summer vacation.

All faculty and students shall stay alert in the epidemic prevention and control period, follow guidelines of Guangdong Province, local territory and JNU to properly arrange work, study and life during summer vacation.

During summer vacation, campuses will be closed to outsiders. Faculty and students should follow the requirements of MOE, do daily health report and “zero case” report. Faculty and staff who work on campus should reduce unnecessary travel except for trips to campus and home. Those who need to leave Guangzhou shall report in accordance to relevant procedures.  

(2) Do proper self-protection in vacation

1. All students should strictly observe JNU requirements for epidemic prevention and control at home in summer vacation, do daily online health report, and make proper arrangements for study and life in the vacation.

Students’ social practice activities in summer are mainly carried out online supplemented with offline events in nearby areas. The locations shall mainly in the GD Province and locations outside GD Province should be carefully chosen and strictly controlled. The patriotic hygiene campaign shall be continued to create a good health environment.

2. Faculty and students at home should take care of personal safety and hygiene, reduce unnecessary travel. In principle, travel abroad and to domestic medium and high risk areas, as well as travel long distance across provinces shall be cancelled. Those who need to leave their place of residence shall report to J-BJI in accordance with the application procedures.

(3) Requirements for staff on duty

Faculty and staff should attach great importance to work on duty, strictly implement the duty schedule, and staff on duty must stay at their posts to timely address affairs and keep records of their work. In case of emergency and major events, staff should properly handle the affairs and report to supervisors in accordance with the procedures. Without the approval of the supervisor on duty, staff on duty are not allowed to switch shifts.

J-BJI will have one party and administration leader on duty to supervise staff on duty every day (including weekends). The dean and chair cannot travel outside GZ at the same time. The department-level leaders who have travel plan must report to the University leaders in charge for approval before departure. The mechanism of staff on duty and leaders on duty shall be strictly carried out.

III. Travel application procedure in vacation

In summer vacation, faculty and students should reduce unnecessary travel and in principle shall not, travel long distance across provinces. Those who need to leave their place of residence must report to receive approval before departure.

(1) Student travel application procedure

Students who leave their place of residence must report to J-BJI. Those who need to travel abroad or to domestic medium and high risk areas must make an application in advance. The application will be submitted to JNU Office of Student Affairs and the JNU Office of Epidemic Prevention and Control for approval before departure. Please contact your student counsellor for the application procedures.

 (2) Faculty and staff travel application procedures

1. Faculty currently who stay abroad should follow the relevant regulations of National Immigration Administration and JNU.

2. Faculty and staff who travel abroad and to domestic medium and high risk areas shall submit their application to Dean and Chair for approval and the application will then be submitted by J-BJI to JNU HR department and JNU Working Group in Epidemic Prevention and Control for approval. After returning back, the applicants shall take nucleic acid test. Those with negative test results can enter the office.

3. Faculty and staff in China who will travel to other domestic areas shall submit their application to J-BJI and shall receive approval from Dean and Chair before departure.

4. Department-level leaders who need to travel shall report to University leaders in charge for approval before departure.

5. Faculty and staff who need to travel shall scan QR code(see appendix 2) to check the epidemic risk level of their travel destination and make the application in OA system via  J-BJI Application Form for Faculty to Travel in Epidemic Prevention Period . Those who will travel abroad and to domestic medium and high risk areas shall fill in and attach J-BJI Application Form for Faculty to Travel in Summer Vacation (see appendix 3) in OA system at the same time.

6. After return back, please submit the electronic version and hardcopy of proof of mobile roaming track, and send the electronic version to oiec@jnu.edu.cn (Ms. Charlotte). The hardcopy needs to be signed by the applicant. (To obtain proof of mobile roaming track: send a message CXMYD# the last 4 digits of ID card number, to 10001 for China Telecom users, 10010 for China Unicom users and 10086 for China Mobile users.Faculty and staff who travel abroad or to medium and high risk areas of epidemic shall also submit their nucleic acid test results.
